Long ago I wrote a post on my pink blushers ( HERE ) , and today I´ll show you a part of my coral/peach collection. These colors are the most reached for make up products, and there are some more coral blushers that I'll show you on future posts, I've acumulated quite a few over the last couple of years! :)
1- NARS: Taos.
1 - NARS : Taos.
It is a very special blush, a shade between red-orange- peach slightly shimmery. Perfect pigmentation and long lasting, perfect for both day or night time. The peachy shimmer gives your cheeks a really healthy look. I especially like to use it in the summer, in fact I have been using it almost continuously for the last 3 summers. Contains 4.8 grams and its about 26-30 €.
2- NARS: Torrid.
2 - NARS : Torrid .
Slightly less reddish than Taos, is a peach -pink with a very discreet golden shimmer. Like all Nars blushes I've tried , it has a very good pigmentation and it is long lasting. I particularly like in NC skins. As Taos, contains 4.8 grams and its price varies from 26-30 €.
3- Bobbi Brown: Calypso Coral.
Contiene 3,7grs y cuesta unos 28€.
3 - Bobbi Brown Calypso Coral .
A super pigmented coral creamy blush with a fantastic staying power. I have already told you that at first I did not dare to use cream blushers, did not think would get along well with my combination skin, and feared they could stay on my pores, but didn't. Both this blush and Illamasqua creamy ones have become my preferred choice. Calypso Coral is perfect for skins with yellowish undertones. Perfect for a " good face " effect in seconds. Contains 3.7 grams ans its price is about 28€.
Y eso es todo, ¿conocéis estos coloretes? ¿Me recomendáis algún otro?
Regarding the application of these blushes, for Taos and Torrid I tended to use the Nars Yachiyo brush or Blush Brush by Bobbi Brown, but lately I rather prefer to apply them with Real Techniques Blush Brush . As for the cream blushes, I usually apply them by dabbing the product with my fingers, but if i want a flawless look, my favorite brush is MAC 188.
And that's it for now, what do you think about these blushers? Any other recommendation?
